Depends what you mean. If you think vendors need to repair the "due diligence" to what they have asked how things were going as quickly as possible. At least the impression that I am among friends.

Basically, this means that you have to do your work on the case. It is their responsibility to ensure that everything goes well. This term is often used when someone buys a property a property contract or a final settlement was made because the seller will generally sell the property "as is".
